Solnovo is proud to announce that its engineers have
attained the Cisco Technology Solution Specialist (TSS) designation.
Solnovo’s engineers were part of the first wave of Cisco Partners in the
West Region to be recognized for this achievement. Partners with TSS
engineers are considered to be better qualified to prepare, plan and design
Cisco solutions, especially in the areas of Unified Communications and
Security; TSS engineers have a deep understanding of product features,
implementation best practices, and reference architectures.
The TSS program requires a training investment of several
hours a week over several months to complete. Concurrently, Solnovo has been
running programs to improve business analysis, communications and technical
skills for its IT engineers. Solnovo understands that our clients want
engineers to focus on business requirements – not just technical design
specs. Cisco’s TSS program is in alignment with our team’s consulting
objectives; it supplements their technical knowledge and sharpens their
ability to solve customer business problems.
For exemplary efforts in providing
unsurpassed engineering and consulting services for a key Solnovo and Cisco
customer, our Cisco TSS was recognized for the
top TSS performance in both the Southern Californian Cisco Commercial Sales
region and Western Area Cisco Commercial Sales operation for the third
quarter of Cisco's FY'07. This is a quarterly award issued by Cisco.
