The Solnovo Online Helpdesk is a quick and powerful tool that allows
our clients to create and manage support requests online. Our
engineering staff monitors and reviews cases in real-time, so our
customers can be assured that when they have a service request, it
is addressed immediately. Additionally, our customers can track
progress and updates to requests, as well as receive real-time
notifications of status changes and updates to their service
requests.

Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosted systems. With VPS, a single
