Cisco Systems Awards Solnovo Customer Satisfaction Excellence Designation

Cisco Systems has recognized Solnovo for the tenth consecutive quarter for its commitment to exceptional customer service by awarding it with Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence designation.

Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Solnovo is noted for Customer Satisfaction Excellence in the Cisco Partner Locator (www.cisco.com/go/partnerlocator) with a special star indicator representing its achievement. Customers, Cisco personnel, and partners will be able to identify Solnovo as having achieved outstanding customer satisfaction as part of Cisco’s worldwide assessment process.

Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco managed customer satisfaction survey process. At Solnovo, we are very proud of our survey results, so we post the summary of our results monthly in the tables below. These results are for surveys sent by Cisco for Cisco's 2008 Fiscal Year.
